The module does not unpack the difference between customer focus and business focus as this is dependent on the participant understanding what showing up prepared for the customer and the business looks like in their own context.
On the ground, a disconnect between customer focus and business focus can sometimes be felt. The module exercises provide the participant with an opportunity to explore this disconnect and to arrive at a conclusion for how they manage this within their context.
