Certification Pathways
At Values Navigator, we are committed to creating profound organisational change through the power of personal values understanding and alignment. We recognise the pivotal role consultants play in driving this change and invite you to become a certified practitioner of the Values Navigator Personal Values Tool and Workshops.
These certifications are designed for consultants who are passionate about enhancing organisational cultures, improving team dynamics, and fostering environments where employees, leaders and performance thrive.
Your Pathway to becoming a certified Personal Values Practitioner
The Values Navigator Certification Pathway provides a structured progression for the development of practitioner expertise, culminating in recognition as a Master Trainer.
Each level of certification is designed to extend professional capacity while unlocking programs that can be directly applied in practice.
At the Certified Practitioner level, participants gain access to the Values Based Leader Program. Advancement to Advanced Practitioner provides the Communication, Conflict, Change and Leadership Package, with subsequent levels further strengthening professional authority and competence.
In addition, participants engage with electives that enable them to specialise in areas of greatest relevance to their context. Elective options include Values in Life, Values and Coaching, and Values and Teams, each of which unlocks a comprehensive package of materials and processes.
The pathway is designed to combine theoretical depth with practical application, ensuring that professionals are equipped with evidence-based frameworks and tools that can be implemented immediately within organisations and client work.
The pathway moves from Certified Practitioner to Master Trainer, with electives serving as stepping stones that add depth through targeted programs in life, coaching and teams.
The Values Navigator Certification Pathway consists of four progressive levels of practitioner development:

Certified Practitioner (Level One)
Completion unlocks the Values Based Leader Program. -
Advanced Practitioner (Level Two)
Completion unlocks the Communication, Conflict, Change and Leadership Package. -
Expert Practitioner (Level Three)
Requires electives before advancing. -
Master Trainer (Level Four)
The highest level, reached after prior stages and electives.

Level up your Coaching, Consulting and Leadership Approach, join the Values Navigator Practitioner alumni, and create deeper lasting impact with your clients.
Level One
Certified Practitioner
Build foundational expertise in values-based practice and gain access to the Values Based Leader Program. This level equips you with practical tools to begin applying values work in leadership and development contexts.
Level Two
Advanced Practitioner
Deepen your capacity to facilitate change with the Communication, Conflict, Change and Leadership Package. Here, you strengthen your ability to address complex dynamics in individuals, teams, and organisations.
Level Three
Expert Practitioner
Develop advanced mastery by integrating electives that expand your practice in life, coaching, or teams. This level prepares you to apply values frameworks with depth, sophistication, and flexibility across diverse contexts.
Level Four
Master Trainer
Achieve the highest level of recognition and authority in the pathway. As a Master Trainer, you are accredited to teach, mentor, and certify other practitioners, extending the reach and impact of values-based development.
Electives
The Values Navigator Certification Electives are available for enrolment on-demand; and on completion of the elective, unlock a corresponding program.
